Each At Home Care client receives personalised support from a dedicated Engagement Coordinator. The coordinator gets to know you and your team and works behind the scenes to ensure your needs are met.

High-quality disability support outside the hospital

At Home Care is dedicated to supporting individuals and families with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and other neurological conditions. Our focus is on providing top-quality disability services to adults and children outside of the hospital setting.

Our wide range of disability services caters to diverse needs, including complex high care, private in-home care and nursing services, social support, assistance with daily living, and community access.

A regular care team that suits you

We know how important it is to have regular, appropriately trained care team members you can rely on to accommodate your needs and individual preferences. That’s why we work closely with you to develop a suitable team.

When building your regular care team, we consider factors like skills, experience, personality, interests, demographics, and ongoing availability to find suitable, long-term staff members.

We draw on our team of hundreds of Support Workers and Nurses and recruit new staff specifically for you, if necessary, to build your team.

You will even have the opportunity to trial team members before you agree to have them on your regular care team, so you can be supported by people whose company you enjoy.
