Specialist Training: As a specialist disability service provider, we offer paid training in Paediatric and Ventilator-Dependent Quadriplegic (VDQ) care so you can expand your skills and increase your earning capacity.

Access to Expertise: Receive comprehensive initial and ongoing paid training from our in-house clinical team of Clinical Nurses and Clinical Nurse Consultants under the leadership of a Nurse Manager with decades of collective experience in paediatrics and disability care.

On-shift Support: You will receive support during your shift from our 24/7 clinical support line.
