As a specialist disability service provider, we offer paid training in Paediatric and Ventilator-Dependent Quadriplegic (VDQ) care so you can expand your skills and increase your earning capacity.

When you are part of a team that works together to support hundreds of adults and children living with complex care needs in the community, no two days are the same. Depending on your position, you could find yourself:

  • Providing clinical care to complex care clients
  • Problem-solving in a client’s home to help them achieve their unique lifestyle goals
  • Training high-care support workers so they can provide more specialised support
  • Assisting clients to access the community safely by accompanying them on their daily outings (and having some fun along the way!)
  • Providing on-call phone support from the office to ensure our support workers can access clinical expertise while on shift.
