This state-based service helps you and your loved ones get around. From people in the hospital connecting with their community, to support when travelling to new places, or just creating unforgettable memories.

We’ll provide you with a wheelchair-accessible van and a demonstration on how to use the wheelchair hoist and restraints.

These vans are safe to drive with a Class C (regular) license.

You can book the van by calling At Home Care in Perth, Bunbury, or Sydney during office hours, or by emailing us to check availability.

Yes, at the moment, the wheelchair van is only available for current At Home Care clients to hire for community access services.

We offer wheelchair-accessible van services in multiple locations: Perth and Bunbury in Western Australia and Sydney, New South Wales. Whether you reside locally, are located elsewhere in the state, or are visiting from another state, you are welcome to use the van service while in town.

There is a small per-kilometre fee, for which you can receive funding for kilometre reimbursement through your NDIS plan under activity-based transport when using a modified vehicle.

Bunbury‘s wheelchair-accessible van accommodates one wheelchair user, two passengers, and a driver.

Sydney‘s wheelchair-accessible van accommodates one wheelchair user, two passengers, and a driver.
