Our Story

At Home Care has been provided specialised complex care services since 2014. Together, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible care and support.

People are the heart
of what we do

Established out of care, driven to empower.

Driven by complexity and care.

Our story starts with founder Jon Morris, who was inspired by those he met through his involvement in the Paraplegic Benefit Fund, playing wheelchair rugby, and running a shared-management style disability support business.

Why Complex Care? The people.

At Home Care has always been passionate about supporting individuals and families with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions with physical limitations, and children with complex care needs. From our decades of collective experience and client feedback, we realised the critical need for high-quality care outside the hospital setting, which is why we founded At Home Care.

2024: Celebrating 10 years of CARE

Care forms more than just our name’s sake;
it is deeply rooted in our values, our staff, our culture, and our community.
