A personalised approach to suit your lifestyle
We understand your health, abilities, and lifestyle are completely unique to you. That’s why At Home Care puts you and your loved ones at the centre of every aspect of your care, from choosing the right care team members to finding the right service model for you.
Each At Home Care client receives personalised support from a dedicated Client Engagement Coordinator and Care Team Coordinator, who get to know you and work behind-the-scenes to ensure your individual needs are catered for.
A regular care team that suits you
We know how important it is to have regular, appropriately trained care team members you can rely on to accommodate your needs and individual preferences. That’s why we work closely with you to develop a team that suits you.
When building your regular care team, we take into account factors like level of skills, experience, personality, interests, demographics, and ongoing availability to find suitable, long-term staff members.
We draw on our team of over 480 Support Workers and Nurses, as well as recruiting new staff specifically for you if necessary, to build your team.
You will even have the opportunity to trial team members before you agree to have them on your regular care team, so you can be supported by people whose company you enjoy.
