The duties can comprise of care, activities, encouragement and assisting with domestics.

  • 8am-11am and 8am-12pm

Paediatric Nurse - South Metro

We are currently seeking two compassionate, dedicated and experienced nurses to support our young clients who reside in their family home South of the river. Shifts would include weekends and night shifts. Extensive training would be given to the right candidates.

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years minimum experience with Paediatrics, ideally in the community sector, but this is not essential.
  • Tracheostomy and ventilator Management 
  • Enteral Feeding: Gastrostomy Jejunal and Naso Gastric. (PEG, PEJ and NGT)
  • Seizure Management Experience.

At Home Care is seeking A Permanent Full Time Scheduler to join our amazing team.

This role will suit an experienced, hands-on individual looking to take on the next step in their career. To be successful in this role you will be a motivated and customer focused individual, passionate about making a positive impact on the team and organisation you support.

Key duties 

Manage care team rostering requests, building and maintaining rosters with suitable support workers.  Act as an important connection between support workers and the office team.

Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and gets a thrill out of problem solving within their work. They will have excellent time management, planning and organisational abilities. They will also be a proficient communicator who enjoys developing working relationships with their key stakeholders.   • Previous experience working within scheduling or scheduling for a complex service delivery business, ideally within healthcare, is highly desirable. 
  • Ability to cover weekends and public holidays if needed to assist with sick leave or leave cover.
  • An understanding of scheduling principles is desirable, but not essential. 
  • An understanding of or experience working within the Disability Services sector is desirable, but not essential. 
  • A high level of competency using computer systems and software. 
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
