We are looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to assist our Perth-based clients to live life how they choose.

Whether you’re new to disability support or looking to elevate your skills in specialised care, you’re better off At Home.

With ongoing shifts available in a range of suburbs across Perth, you can enjoy the convenience of working close to home and supporting individuals in your local area.

The right candidate will have flexible availability for various shifts available from Monday to Sunday. Permanent employment will be considered after three months.

Support Worker - Geelong & Surrounds, VIC

Our team of Support Workers provide day-to-day assistance to adults and children living with a disability – supporting them to live independently and helping them work toward their goals and discover new passions. When your job is to give someone the freedom to live life how they choose, each day is different – and there’s plenty of fun to be had along the way!  

We are looking for reliable disability support workers to assist our clients. The right candidate will have flexible availability for various permanent shifts from Monday to Sunday. Shifts range from 2 to 10 hours.

At Home Care has two locations looking for Support Workers – please be advised that there could be a requirement for travel up to 30mins from home suburb:

  1. Bendigo, VIC
  2. St Leonards, VIC

Skills and Experience 

  • Personal care
  • Manual handling and hoisting

He requires 24/7 care, full assistance with all 2:1 transfers, personal care, and uses an eye gaze for communication.
