Agency Management (also known as NDIA Managed)
With a full agency service model, NDIS service providers like At Home Care are responsible for the day-to-day management of your funding, staffing and rostering, training, and legal and regulatory compliance. You can relax with the peace of mind your care is being managed by a professional and experienced team.
Should you choose to be agency managed by At Home Care, your dedicated Engagement Coordinator will be your primary contact and liaise with you in relation to the supports we provide, develop and maintain your service agreement, and manage your care team and roster. Our Engagement Coordinators all have a background in care – so they fully understand and empathise with both you and their team.
We recognise the importance of providing trained staff who listen and respond to both your needs and interests, and we encourage you to play an active part in choosing your team. All of At Home Care’s Support Workers and Nurses receive specialised in-house training to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide a high level of disability support. Your team has 24/7 on-call support from our Clinical Nurses giving you the peace of mind you are always in safe hands.

Shared management
A Shared Management plan gives you the flexibility to choose your own staff and manage your own roster, while the rest of your care and compliances are managed by an experienced agency.
At Home Care’s shared management option, At Home Flexi enables you to hire your own team, design your own roster, choose your teams’ pay rates, and communicate directly with your team – while At Home Flexi manages the administrative and compliance aspects of your care. You can take control of the aspects of care that matter to you, with the security of an agency to manage the onboarding, training and development needs of your care team, payroll and superannuation, accounting and tax requirements, and all other necessary insurances and compliances.

Self-Managed NDIS Plan
Self-managing your NDIS plan gives you full choice and control. Self-management means you are responsible for managing your NDIS funding, administration, and compliances independently, and employ and manage your team under your own ABN.
You may choose to engage At Home Flexi for support with administration, insurances, staff payment and taxes, and back-up home care staff (where available).
