Our specialist paediatric nurses and qualified support team provide in-home care for children with complex disabilities and offer respite for you. Our goal is to keep your child out of the hospital and in the safe familiarity of their own home.

Paediatric nursing and home care

At Home Care offers Specialist Paediatric Clinical Nursing services in the following areas.

  • Continence nursing Services for children: Assessments, report writing, and promoting optimal bladder and bowel health.
  • Client-specific clinical training: Practical training within the home and school environment.
  • Hospital-to-Home support: Assisting in the transition from the hospital to your home.
  • Paediatric Nursing Care Plan: Developing personalised nursing care plans with parents and guardians
  • NDIS planning meeting: Assistance with NDIS planning meetings, for example, report writing, justification of care, or supporting documentation.

24/7 Disability services and home care for children 

We understand it can be difficult leaving your child in the care of someone who is not you and outside your family circle, especially when your child has a disability. That’s why our paediatric in-home nursing care is flexible and tailored to your child and family’s needs – with the level of disability support decided by you.
