Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Disability Support Services

Personalised disability support services for adults and children living with an acquired brain injury (ABI).

An ABI care provider with a personalised approach

We work closely with you to build a team that suits your lifestyle. This includes meeting potential candidates before you agree to have them as part of your regular care team to ensure you access the community with someone whose company you enjoy.

Individual support is tailored to your needs and provided by skilled and experienced disability support workers. We can support you with:

  • Daily living – such as personal care (e.g. toileting, showering and personal grooming), domestic duties (e.g. vacuuming, clothes washing and ironing), light gardening, and meal planning and preparation.
  • Social and community participation – enabling you to attend social catch-ups, be involved in clubs and community activities, and attend the events you enjoy, such as concerts, shows, and sporting activities.
  • Transport – to appointments, community events and classes, and social activities.

All At Home Care team members also have access to 24/7 clinical on-call support from our local nursing teams.

You can also view our additional complex care services, which are available if needed.

For more information about our ABI services for adults and children throughout Australia, please get in touch with our friendly team today by email or on 08 9381 3344.
