COVID-19 Safe Response Plan

At Home Care is committed to supporting you and continuing the services we provide through the COVID-19 pandemic.

As COVID-19 community transmission remains common in Australia, we have prepared for the varying levels of impact it will have on you, your family and your team.

Our approach has identified five phases of operation for At Home Care while COVID-19 is in the community – Prepare, Detect, Respond, Resolve and Maintain.

COVID-19 Safe Response Plan

At Home Care will transition through different phases depending on the level of transmission in the community, government guidance and our internal risk management protocols.

We have prepared a plan for each of these five phases which will be implemented in addition to any restrictions or mandates advised by the Western Australian Government.

At Home Care will let all our clients know if we transition into a new phase and exactly what that means for you.

Below is a summary of what you can expect at each stage.

Prepare – No (or negligible) impact on clients and team
